Clarify the brand’s positioning and the customers they serve. How do we celebrate the wine snob, coffee geek, bourbon enthusiast, and tea expert? With the Drink Perfector of course. Our mission was to help Drink Perfection become the ultimate brand in beverage applications, increase product sales and brand recognition, and open new streams of revenue–all while championing three types of customers.
Our approach needed to be inclusive and interconnected, affecting customer touchpoints from online design to online shopping experience and everything in between.
A strategic rebrand—logo, messaging, signage, responsive retail website, demo videos and collateral—that not only changed the scope of the product application but also support the name change of Drink Perfection from Drink Now. GFC helped Drink Perfection focus their brand and marketing strategy. This led to growth in online sales, and brought in a new market of customers-from coffee drinkers to wine aficionados.
From magazine ads and marketing collateral to tradeshow banners and kiosks, we set out to capture the energy and sleek dynamic of this unique product in to live environments.
After identifying five customer groups, we began producing videos for each application that would go on each of the landing pages: the wine drinker, coffee snob, bourbon aficionado, the hostess/host, and tea drinker.
